Mary Normoyle was convicted at Limerick on 05/03/1844 for stealing 2yrds of cloth. 7yr sentence. Transported to Van Diemen’s Land (Tasmania) on the ‘Phoebe’, arriving 02/01/1845.

Gaol Report: 1 prev. conviction. Middling.

Roman Catholic; nurse girl; aged 18yrs; native place- Limerick; fair complexion; brown hair; grey eyes; 4’ 11 3/4”.

Station Gang: 2nd class. 6mths probation.
Assignments in Colony.
1848: Female House of Correction, Launceston.
