Sailed on the 17th and anchored in Kingston Barbour near Dublin on the 9th May. 220 convicts embarked on the 16 May 1833 and the ship sailed from Dublin Bay for Sydney on the 4th June and arrived there on the 20 October. The printed Indentures state that James Norton was 13 years old. He could read and write; religion Roman Catholic; status single and a native of County Kildare. He was convicted of picking pockets at Dublin City on 12 April 1834 and sentenced to 7 years. He had two prior convictions for which he had served six months each. Physical attributes: Height 4 feet 9 1/2 inches; complexion Ruddy; hair dark brown and eyes grey. Prisoner number 35-369 and transport number 118.
