The Australian Convict Indentures state that Francois Noyou was aged 41 years old. He could neither read nor write; religion Roman Catholic; Status single; native of France and occupation Tanner. He was convicted at the Guernsey Royal Court on 3 December 1834 of make bass coin. He was convicted the same day as Pierre Poidevan. Physical attribute Height 5 feet 4 3/4 inches; complexion dark ruddy and a little pock pitted; hair brown to grey, bald; eyes blue. Prisoner number 35-2229 and transport number 226.
