The Ipswich Quarter Sessions did not finish till late on Saturday sennight, when the following prisoners wore tried and sentenced : — Benjamin Nunn, for stealing a hog, the property of Mr. S. Scrutton, of Chelmondiston, to be transported for 7 years. Bury and Norwich Post, 24 Jan 1821. Saturday sennight the following convicts, under sentence of transportation, were removed from the County Gaol, Ipswich, and put onboard the Leviathan Hulk, at Portsmouth: — John Lovett, John Freeman, and John Butcher, for life; and James Baldwin, Benj. Nunn, Charles Thorpe, John Edgin, Thomas Germany, and John Palmer, for 7 years Bury and Norwich Post, 30 May 1821.
