Joseph Nutting was born anywhere between 1811-1823, and he was transported for “stealing 2 1/2lbs of bacon.

Joseph was 5’3 1/4” tall, single, could read and write, protestant, fresh complexion, brown hair, hazel eyes, freckled.

Trade: ‘Dress for the scab’ (I have no idea what that means).

8/6/1847: TOL

1860: Married Agnes Ogilvie at Longford - 8 children.

20/1/1895: Joseph died at Deloraine - His headstone gives his age as 84 which would make his birth date 1811.
