Colonial conviction, Gen Sess, Penrith, 17 Jun 1828, Repeatedly absconding from his gang and being otherwise incorrigible, 3 years. Returned To Sydney, 4 Feb 1832. Description Record. John O’Brian, native place, Waterford, age 19, 5 ft 4 ½ , pale comp., dk brown hair, hazle eyes, Catholic.
