Born, 1807. Imprisoned 1820. Age 13.

Tried at Old Bailey, London (Middlesex gaol delivery). Accused of grand larceny (stealing, on the 21st of january, one ring, value 10 s., and one spoon, value 4 s.). Found guilty. Sentenced to no punishment. Sentence outcome was transported.

POLICE OFFICE, HOBART TOWN,
June 17th, 1825.
THE under-mentioned Persons, charged as stated against their respective Names, having absented themselves from their usual place of Residence, all Constables and others are hereby required to use their utmost Exertions to apprehend and lodge them in safe Custody. A. W.H HUMPHREY,

Thomas Owner (40), brown hair, light brown eyes, 17 years of age, a labourer, tried at the Old Bailey Feb. 16, 1820, sentence 7 years, arrived in this Colony per Phoenix, native place Hoxton, scar on back of left hand, ring pricked between left finger and thumb, absconded from the Prisoners’ Barracks, June 13, 1825.-L2 Reward.
