John PALMER was convicted at Kent, England on 8 April 1833 for stealing. 7 yr transportation sentence. Sent to Van Diemen’s Land (Tasmania) per the ship ‘Moffatt’ arriving there 9 May 1834.
Colony of VDL:
Death: Died at the Colonial Hospital, Hobart on 12 May 1834. Aged 27 yrs. Convict. (ref. noted in Convict Conduct Record & Death registration 34/1/1/ no. 3521)
