Richard Palmer’s sentence finished in 1798. Ticket of Freedom wasnt issued till 1811. Verified. He bought the Black Swan Hotel in Sydney. After his death in 1819 all goods and chattels, including hotel was put up for auction. newspaper Clipping ) verified
