Andres Pechetto was born on the Rock, (Rock of Gibralter) and was listed as a 'sugar refiner'. He was transported for 'Cutting and maiming'. 11/12/1839: Andrew (Andres) Pechetto, Apprehended after absconding from R. P. Marshall, Maitland.' 12/2/1840: Rose Brook - Cigar maker aged, 41, from Gibraltar. 5'2" tall, dark Complexion, black mixed with grey hair, chestnut eyes, scar over left eyebrow, another top right side of forehead, small scar back of left wrist, crucifix and two human figures inside lower left arm. Absconded from R. P. Marshall 27 January. 29/4/1840: Rosebrook, Maitland. Apprehended after absconding from Lieutenant Marshall. 24/1/1842: Newcastle -- Admitted to Newcastle gaol for non payment of Hospital dues.
