Tried at the Old Bailey, 19 Feb 1817. 371. JOSEPH FOLLIT and THOMAS WILLIAM PENTON, were indicted for having in their possession, a forged Bank of England note, knowing it to be forged To which indictment both the prisoners pleaded GUILTY .
