Tipperary Assizes, Criminal Court, Saturday- Sixth Day. James Power and Pat. Nugent were indicted for stealing two cows, the property of Denis Grady, Kilbrack, in the County Waterford. Denis Grady proved to the loss of the cows before the last December at fair of Clonmel. Pat. Keogh, of Hoar Abbey, near Cashel, proved that the prisoners left the cows with him to graze, for which he was to get 4?s, ; received ? in hand.
