Tasmania Police Gazette, 24th Nov 1871, p189. Prisoner discharged from H M Gaols, weeks ending 22 & 18 May 1872. William Pritchard, per Elphinstone 3, F.S., tried at Hobart on 17 Nov 1871 for larceny and served 6 months, native London, 40 yrs, 5 feet 2 1/2 inches high, black hair.
