An inquest was held at Launceston, on the 27th ultimo, on the body of John Reynolds, F.S., per Lady East, aged 86 yrs. Verdict--Died from natural causes. Tasmania Police Gazette, 23nd Aug 1872, p127.




Prisoner discharged from Gaol, week ending 13 July & 17 July 1872. John Reynolds, per Lady East, F.S., tried at Launceston on the 12th Apr 1872 for assault, sentenced to 3 months, native of Lincolnshire, 82 yrs, 5 feet 8 1/2 inches high, grey hair. Tasmania Police Gazette, 19th July 1872, p120.
