John Robinson was a convict who came out on the ship "Blenheim" in 1839. Cannot find him in the indents but found his Certificate of Freedom of 1846 which gives following info. Year: 1839 Native Place: County Amargh, Ireland Trade: Boot and Shoemaker Offence: Bigamy Place of Trial: Cavan Date of Trial: 4 March, 1839 Sentence: 7 years Year of Birth: 1818 Height 5'7 3/4" Complexion: Ruddy with little pockets Hair: Brown Eyes: Hazel Father James Robinson (bootmaker) Mother Eliza Cagan Sydney Morning Herald Thurs 25 Mar 1869 P9 Towner-Robinson- March 8th, by the Rev Dr Fullerton, Mr George Towner of Sussex, England, to Jane, third eldest daughter of the late Mr John Robinson, County Armagh, Ireland.
