Irish Convict Database by Peter Mayberry. George Russell, alias Reynell, Atlas II, 1802, Tried at Limerick, 1801. Life. Irish Rebel. Found in 1811 muster. ------------------------------------------------------- In her book “Unfinished Revolution: United Irishmen in New South Wales, 1800-1810”, Anne-Maree Whitaker states: Hugh Hayes, Dennis Molloy, George Russell and Grimes Tierney are identified in Irish records as part of a group which conducted armed raids in east Limerick in March 1800.
