Found guilty of a lesser offence of stealing. Defence was that they took the goods from under a hedge, that is the three defendants deny they actually broke into a house (by removing some bricks to dislodge a window bar). This is a case where the jury decides guilty on a low value theft conviction (rather than a possible death sentence).
