Sometime after 1836, George appears to have separated from Mary and is living with Elizabeth Eupham Graham. They had 4 children between 1837 and 1846.

[Ref S0447] Seymour, Mary, 24, came free, Kangaroo, 1812, Protestant. [Ref S0448] Seymour, Selina, 6, born in the colony. [Ref S0449] Seymour, George, 2, born in the colony. [Ref S0450] Seymour, Kesia, 3 months, born in the colony.




In the colony, George married Mary Yench. The marriage was registered 1822, Sydney. Mary had come free to the colony, in 1812. The couple had 6 children between 1822 and 1833.




WILLIAM COOPER , GEORGE THORPE , ROBERT IRELAND , GEORGE HENLEY , JOSEPH LENNY , GEORGE SEYMOUR , FRANCES BEDCUTT , and SAMUEL SLOW were indicted for having in their custody and possession forged Bank notes, knowing them to be forged and counterfeited . To which indictments the prisoners pleaded GUILTY. Transported for Fourteen Years . Before Mr. Justice Bayley and Mr. Baron Garrow.
