Convicted of curtilage-breaking (stealing fur caps, a whip, a harness, and dirty clothes). At the time of his conviction, he was living with his brother-in-law, Henry Gregory, who was convicted on the same day for receiving stolen property. Received conditional pardon 30/04/1849.
