Simon Simcox was 20 years old on arrival.  Born in Staffordshire, he was 5’8" tall, brown complexion, flaxen hair, hazel eyes, small scar on top of his forehead, JWT & heart on inside lower left arm, could read and was single.

4/4/1833: Miner, assigned to Australian Agriculturat Company, Port Stephens.

24/11/35: Charged with neglect of work after he left the pit before he finished his work - 50 lashes.

1837: Assigned to Australian Agricultural Co.
14/7/1837: 2 months on treadmill for absconding.
1842: TOL Windsor

11/10/1845: TOL cancelled for prevarication.
11/3/1846: Obtained TOL

3/9/1850: COF

Simon married Mary Ann Agnes Trumby in 1846 at St Phillip’s Sydney.
