1868, 19 October: James SKEEHAN [SKEHAN] per Earl Grey (1836), robbery, life, is on a list of so-called "British Lunatics" at the Parramatta Lunatic Asylum. There is no indication on the record of his date of admission. He died there on 21 November 1874 (see New South Wales, Australia, Convict Records, 1810-1891; Convicts Deaths; Annual Returns of Convicts Who Died, 1867-1891). According to Irish Convicts to NSW, James SKEHAN/SKEEHAN was single when he arrived in 1840.
