Built 1834 at Calcutta. Wood ship of 684 Tons. The 1847/48 voyage sent to Van Diemen's Land (Tasmania) BUT also went on to Port Phillip Bay, Victoria where 300 exiles disembarked. (The newspaper source says they were from Millbank, Pentonville & Parkhurst prisons.)

Highway Robbery at Westley. John Stedman, 21, was charged with having on the 6th March, 1841, feloniously stolen from the person of Richard Spalding, of Westley, a silver watch and other goods. Ipswich Journal 12 Aug 1843. -------------------------------------------------- REMOVAL OF CONVICTS.- On Wednesday last, the following seven convicts were removed from Bury Goal to the Millbank Prison, by order of the Secretary of State, viz.: Robert Fisher and George Kett, to be transported for 15 years; Henry Horrex and William Grimwade. for 12 years; and Benj.
