I am seeking information if this John Steven is my ancestor who lived at Pardoe near East Devonport, Tasmania, who died 30 June 1904.John married Barbara Muller and they had 12 children. John was from Glasgow, Scotland but I cannot confirm if he was in fact a free settler (as his family believed) or in fact the convict who came out on the Lady Raffles. Any verified information appreciated.
