Thomas was 5’1” tall, hazel eyes, dark brown hair, florid complexion.

4/1/1819: On list of convicts forwarded to Windsor for distribution.

7/8/1823: Aged 22 absconded from Mr G Lane.

The only other reference I found was that the Government was still looking for him at the end of 1824.
