Absconded. James Thompson, Pekoe, 1840, 22, Queen's County, laborer, 4 feet 8 inches, sallow and a little pockpitted comp., light brown hair, hazel eyes, nose cocked, large scar on back of right ear, J.M.Q inside lower right arm, blue spot and small dark mole inside lower left arm, three blue dots on back of ball of left thumb, from Botanic Gardens, since the 3rd instant. NSW Govt Gazette, 8 Oct 1847.
