Supreme Court. Tuesday, June 14th. Thomas King Thompson and Thomas Newman were indicted for feloniously breaking and entering, in the day time, the dwelling-house of William Forsyth, and stealing therein sundry articles, his property, at Hunter's River, on the 20th February last. Guilty. Death recorded. Sydney Gazette, 16 June 1831. Moreton Bay Convict Records. Thos. K. Thompson, per Nithsdale, Tried Middx GD, 16 July 1829, Stealing a parcel, 7 years, Shoemaker. Colonial Conviction: Sup. Ct. Sydney, 14 June 1831, Burglary, Sentence, 14 years commuted from Death recorded. Returned to Sydney 15 Nov 1837. Notes: Remainder of sentence remitted. Description: Thompson, T.K., native place, London, age 23, 5 ft 5 ¾, Fair comp, Lt brown hair, Hazle eyes. E. religion.
