Mary Tims was listed as 39 years old on arrival in VDL - her native place was Gaden near Warwick. Hard to read but her Conduct Record says 8?? children. Sick List of the Garland Grove: Folio 1: Mary Timms, aged 44; disease, vulnus. Put on sick list, 8 October 1842. Discharged 23 October 1842. (vulnus is a wound). Mary had brown to grey hair, light blue eyes, scar extending from wrist to elbow, mole above lip. 30/4/1844: Permission to marry Thomas Blencoe (free). 3/6/1844: Married Thomas Blencowe (Mangles 1835) at Launceston. Thomas Blencoe was 41, a blacksmith, and mary was 45. 18/11/1845: Recommended for a CP 4/7/1848: CP 29/6/1852: Free Certificate. 25/12/1854: Thomas and Mary left Launceston as steerage passengers per 'Potentate' for London. Mary was listed as Tims.
