Patrick Tully was 21 years old on arrival, his native place was Cavan County. Colonial Secretary Papers: TULLY, Patrick. Per "Daphne", 1819 1823 Apr 25: On list of prisoners assigned (Fiche 3291; 4/4570D p.125) 1823 Apr 29:Convict servant of Peter Sinclair. To be victualled from the Store at Newcastle for six months (Reel 6010; 4/3508 p.208) 1823 May 6: Assigned servant to Mr Sinclair. Permitted to proceed to Newcastle per "Eclipse" (Reel 6010; 4/3508 p.257) 1825 Sep 27: Prisoner at Newcastle. Petition to be allowed to return to Sydney (Fiche 3253; 4/1875 p.232).
