Samuel Tuttle, alias Smith, 5 feet 3 3/4 inches^ brown hair, dark gray eyes, age 28, a road maker, tried at Leicester, in July, 1826, sentence life, per Andromeda, native of Sessley, Staffordshire, a notch in his left ear . scar near knuckle back of, right hand small brown mole left cheek-bone. Absconded from chain gang, prisoners' barracks, Jan. 1830. Reward £2.
