William Wall (and his brother Michael) were convicted of stealing a calf, at Tipperary 01/07/1848. 10yr transportation sentence. To Van Diemen's Land on the ship 'Hyderabad' (with his brother), arriving 13 Dec 1850. Single man; labourer; Roman Catholic; aged 20yrs. Ticket of Leave 12/04/1853 Conditional Pardon 04/04/1854 Certificate of Freedom 27/09/1858 Tried Hobart S.C. 22/10/1861 - acquitted.
