Tried at Kent for Highway Robbery with three other co-accused. Nicholas Goodhew, Robert Slocombe and Ann Green. All were convicted. All were sentenced to life and transported. Nicholas was transported to Van Diemen’s Land on the John Barry. Robert was transported to NSW on the Henry Tanner and Ann was also transported on the Edward with Harriet.
