PUBLIC NOTICE. POLICE OFFICE, HOBART TOWN,
Saturday, July 18th, 1818
WHEREAS John Wallis, a Convict, 5 feet 4½ inches high, sallow complexion, brown hair, grey eyes, born in London, is 19 years of age, was tried in London in January 1817, sentenced to be transported for 7 Years, came from England in the Ship Almorah, and here in the Ship Pilot; .. have absconded from the Public Works at Hobart Town;
