Mary Walsh (identifier 1 on this ship) was convicted at Galway on 24/04/1849 for stealing wearing apparrel. Previous offences. 10yr sentence. Transported to Van Diemen’s Land (Tasmania) on the ‘Earl Grey’ arriving 09/05/1850.

Aged 20yrs; Roman Catholic; can read & write; single; 5’; fresh complexion, freckles; blue eyes; brown hair.
Native Place: Galway, Ireland.
