Convict Notes

Two men named Thomas Walsh were transported per 'Guildford' (1816). The older man's offence was bigamy. It is possible that his colonial wife, Mary Ennis had also been previously married to David Jennings (1811), which would explain the daughter listed in the 1828 NSW Census
