ELiza was born in Fairford ENgland but was living in Glamorgan Wales when she was convicted of Larceny (Clothing). She was 22 years old and 4'11" and worked as a dairymaid. She was granted a Conduct Pardon and freed in 1848. Eliza married George Walker, also a freed convict. George and Eliza had 10 children and lived the rest of their lives in Hobart. Eliza died in 1910, 42 years after George, at the age of 90.
