COLONIAL SECRETARY'S OFFICE, 26 Nov. 1825. HIS EXCELLENCY the GOVERNOR has been pleased to give Directions … That the Individuals named below shall have Conditional Pardons ; viz. William Yarwood – Indefatigable. Sydney Gazette, 28 Nov 1825.
Thomas Yarwood, aged 18, a tailor from Waverham; and William Yarwood, aged 20, a labourer, from Appleton, for burglary- guilty. Chester Chronicle, 22 April 1814. William commited his crime with Thomas Yarwood (see him). Armed burglary of a shop and dwelling. Labourer, aged 20, 5'11 1/2", fair complexion, flaxen hair and grey eyes. Native of Chester, living in Appleton. 1828: labourer, unmarried, with James Holland in Castlereagh St, Sydney. Conditional pardon 11 Mar 1830.
