16/2/1821: Kentish Weekly Post or Canterbury Journal Kent, England CANTERBURY, Feb. 16 at Wateringbury.—James Holman and William Wolf, with uttering forged Bank (AT England notes, in the parishes of St. Paul Deptford, Greenwich, and Lewisham. Listed as 'Wolff' on Tasmanian records. William was 33 years old on arrival - he was 5'8 3/4" tall, dark brown hair, dark grey eyes, scar inner corner of right eye. Brother and Orange Merchant in the Boro of Kent Road. 20/1/1823: Married Elizabeth Envine (Providence 1821) - she was 37 he 35, at Hobart. 1830-33 Musters: Assigned to Mr Lewis. 19/3/1835: Free by Servitude. 31/10/1855: Arrested at Hobart after being suspected of being an absconder - discharged on being found to be free. No death date found.




Along with James Holman were charged with uttering forged notes at Greenwich and other places . March 1821 ...note : sentenced 7 yrs in report
