JAMES POTTER was indicted for feloniously stealing on the 3d of February one hundred and twenty-seven ounces of silver cuttings, value 30 l. the property of Paul Storr , Philip Rundle , John Bridge , Edmund Waller Rundle , and William Theed ; and JOSEPH AARON , for feloniously receiving on the same day the said goods knowing them to have been stolen. Both sentenced to 14 years transportation.
