Old Bailey: BENJAMIN ABBOTT. Theft: animal theft. 24th October 1821 Verdict Guilty Sentence Death BENJAMIN ABBOTT was indicted for stealing, on the 13th of September, at Paddington one mare, price 2 l.; one cart, value 3 l., and one set of harness, value 10 s, the goods of Samuel Martin. GUILTY. - DEATH. Aged 23. 1833: TOL Williams River 15/4/1833: Convict Death Register - Benjamin died at the General Hospital, Sydney.
