Charles Adams, (by John Benjafield, Esq.) charged on the oath of William Rook and others, with having stolen twenty five pigs in the parish of Westley, his property. He was employed to drive them to Newmarket, instead of doing which, he sold them to Messrs. Brooks and Burrell, of Westley, for 19£. and had spent all the money but a guinea, when taken at Euston Fox. Bury and Norwich Post, 6 October 1824. Suffolk Sessions. Prisoners. — Charles Adams, for stealing 25 pigs, the property of Wm. Rook, to be transported for 7 years. Bury and Norwich Post, 27 October 1824. On Thursday last Charles Adams, Thos. Feltwell, William Newton, and John Snell, were removed from our Gaol, to the York hulk at Portsmouth, in order to be transported for seven years. Bury and Norwich Post, 2 Feb 1825.
