Isabella was born about 1819 in London. She was convicted of stealing 15 yards of printed cotton and transported. In 1844 she married Robert Brown, another convict. In 1846 she gained a Certificate of Freedom. Robert died in 1857 and in 1860 she married John Parker. Isabella died at Castlereagh in 1992 and is buried next to her first husband in the Cemetery of St. Stephen the Martyr in Penrith. She never had any children.
