Transported to Van Diemen's Land (Tasmania) per the 'Princess Charlotte' arriving Nov 1824. Aged 20yrs; single man; VDL: 1828- assigned to Mr. Reiby. Charged with stealing 2 of his Master's sheep. Dismissed. 1830: Abscond. 50 lashes. Ticket of Leave granted. 1835: at Norfolk Plains (Longford area), Westbury. 24 May 1839: Conditional Pardon approved, no. 1999. 1842: at Longford. 14 Sept 1847: Conditional Pardon extended.
