Michael Aggan was 23 years old on arrival - he was literate, Catholic, single, 5'6" tall, ruddy and freckled complexion, brown hair, blue to grey eyes, lost a front tooth on left side of upper jaw, diagonal scar on centre of upper lip, another on right side of throat, breast hairy, scar on small of left leg, same has been fractured.

Michael Aggan was born in Tipperary County. He was single. He was tried at York Assizes but was born in Ireland. 29/12/1847: TOL Dungog 16/7/1850: TOL Passport on the recommendation of the Dungog Bench. 30/11/1850: As Above 23/10/1851: TOL Passport on the recommendation of the Commissioner of Crown Lands. 9/8/1852: CP
