Convicted at the Lancaster Quarter Sessions at Salford on 18/04/1825 of theft. She says she born at Northwich, fresh complexion, brown eyes, dark brown hair, arms crooked. Husband lives at Liverpool, has not lived with him for 5 years. Has been 12 months in the New Bailey (Salford). Maria was sent to Lancaster Castle to await transportation.
