The Lent Assizes, held at Aylesbury, Thursday the 8th inst. before the Right Hon. Sir Charles Abbott, and the Hon. Sir Robt Graham, Knt. eight prisoners were capitally convicted; viz.... ——James Allways, for stealing a mare, the property of Mr. George Maydon, of Winslow; ... —The four first were left for execution, the three last were reprieved before the Judge left the town. Windsor and Eton Express, 11 March 1821.
