Fanny (Frances) Anderson was 30 years old when transported. She was originally on the ‘Charlotte” and was later transferred to the ‘Friendship’ and then to the ‘Lady Penrhyn’. Fanny had been married in the second marriage performed in Australia. She married Simon Burn (“Friendship”) on the 10/2/1788. Simon and Fanny gained their freedom. Fanny’s Ticket of Leave number was 078. On the 22nd of February 1792, Simon was listed as being granted land to farm, however the farm never succeeded because Simon and Fanny were “too fond of spirituous liquors to be very industrious”. Simon was murdered on 5/10/1794 and in 1795 Frances married John Hambleton/Hamilton at Parramatta. Fanny died in 1837
