Family connections for Ann (Poole) are: POOLE Ann (Poole) was born about 1798. She was tried possibly with 1other for highway robbery at Somerset Assizes in September 1821, sentenced to death reprieved to Life & arrived in NSW as a convict on 27 2 1823 after a voyage of 5months on LORD SIDMOUTH. She married William (Barker his second marriage) on 27 2 1826 at St Lukes CofE Liverpool. [Some details taken from this Website] William (Barker) arrived in Australia free in 1822 on HERIONE. He was a boot & shoe maker in 1824. He was boot & shoe maker when he married firstly Elizabeth (Shorter) on 13 9 1824 at St Phillips CofE Sydney.
