Police Office, August 4, 1831. Absconded. William Armytage, 5 ft. 6, dark brown hair, light brown eyes, aged 22, a boatman, tried at Middlesex in April 1830, 14 years, per Persian, native of Brentford. Absconded from Captain Bamber, Aug. 4, 1831. John Jones, 5 ft. 4, light brown hair, grey eyes, 21, a seaman, tried at Middlesex in February 1821, 7 years, now under a Colonial sentence, per Caledonia, native of Deptford, no toes, anchor, sun, and moon, and seven stars on right arm, J. Jones on left. Absconded from Captain Bamber, Aug. 4, 1831. The Tasmanian, 6 Aug 1831.
