Henry was literate, married, no children listed, 5'3½" tall, brown hair, hazel eyes, thin face, sallow complexion, slight build, H H on right arm and dot on each thumb. 3/10/1869: TOL 26/2/1874: COF Comments: General servant, labourer. 17/5/1876 Police Gazette, Western Australia: On or about 10th inst., from the Bar of Horse & Groom, Perth, the property of Henry Armstrong,— two white Government blankets, marked with a broad arrow, white flannel shirt, grey Crimean shirt, and two combs. George Barnes alias George the Barber, was about the bar at the time.—C.L 99. No marriage found. 9/7/1879 The Inquirer and Commercial News, Perth, WA: Mount Eliza Invalid Depot. — An inmate of this establishment, named Henry Armstrong (35), died on the 4th instant.
