Charles was literate, Protestant, a Widower with 2 male children, 5'6" tall, dark sallow complexion, brown hair, grey eyes, eyebrows meeting, small lump on right side of forehead, scar on centre of lower lip, dimple in chin, scar back of forefinger of left hand. 1846: TOL Newcastle 3/9/1850: CP 2/12/1871: Householder. Petitioner opposing the proposed incorporation of the Municipality of Raymond Terrace. Greville's Post Office Directory 1872 RAYMOND TERRACE ASH Charles labourer Raymond Terrace. No date of death found.
